Nideho

Nideho lives in Icebell City with his brother, where he met Icebell and Mrs. Rose, the latter since he was a baby. Nideho, being part Omi and part human, can have powers and be immortal.

RouxnoBlue:
A boy who is just a walking joke, hides a terrible past where he would die and be alone, an angel would turn him into an Omi so he could revive and be immortal.

When she revived, she found a baby whom she called Rose and raised her as her daughter in the company of Helatriz, until something terrible happened and Rose would lose her life, which made her take refuge in her jokes and pranks that she liked.
